What are you shipping rates?
Within Australia: $5.00 flat rate and free shipping for orders over $25.
International: $12.00 flat rate

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once full payment has been received items will ship within 3 business days.

How quickly will my shipment arrive?
Minq + Mode ships worldwide via Australia Post. For orders within Australia please allow between 2 – 7 working days for delivery.  For international orders please allow up to 2 – 4 weeks delivery.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes!

Do you charge sales tax?
No

What is your return policy?
Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
